As of 17th June 2008, Berge G. Larsen, chairman of the board of
directors of DNO International ASA, has been assigned voting rights
in connection with this year's annual general meeting scheduled to
take place on the 18th June 2008, based on proxies for a total of
247.288.025 shares in DNO International ASA. The proxies apply
exclusively to this year's annual general meeting in DNO
International ASA. This entails that Berge G. Larsen has proxies
holding voting rights of 27,33 % of the votes in DNO International
ASA. Companies controlled by Berge G. Larsen further own 45.302.504
shares in DNO International ASA, equalling 5% of the shares in the
company. In total this represents 32,33% of the shares in DNO
International ASA.
