DNO International ASA - Invitation to First Qua...

DNO International ASA will release its results for the first quarter
of 2008 to the Oslo Stock Exchange on Wednesday 14 May, 2008, before
09:00 AM. Please be aware that this is a change from the previously
announced date of 9 May, as we need time to incorporate the figures
from our associated company Det norske oljeselskap ASA (to be
released 8 May) in our accounts.

DNO International ASA will release its results for the first quarter

On the release day, representatives from DNO International ASA will
give a presentation of the financial statements for the first
quarter. 

The presentation will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday 14 May 2008
in the "Lille Sal" at Oslo Konserthus, Munkedamsveien 14.
 
The presentation can also be followed live on the internet, via a
video webcast at www.dno.no or at www.oslobors.no/webcast.  An
archived version of the webcast will be posted on www.dno.no shortly
after the presentation. The presentation will be held in English.
