DNO International ASA will release its interim results for the second
quarter of 2008 to the Oslo Stock Exchange on Wednesday August 20,
2008.


On the release day, representatives from DNO International ASA will
give a presentation of the financial statements for the second
quarter.

The presentation will be held at 08:00 A.M. on Wednesday August 20,
2008 in the "Lille Sal" at Oslo Konserthus, Munkedamsveien 14. Please
note that the presentation starts at 08:00 A.M. (revised from
previous communication).

The presentation can also be followed live on the internet, via a
video webcast at www.dno.no or at www.oslobors.no/webcast.  An
archived version of the webcast will be posted on www.dno.no shortly
after the presentation. The presentation will be held in English.
