price of NOK 9.20 per share.

Berge Gerdt Larsen is the chairman of Petrolia Invest AS. Mr Larsen is also the
chairman of DNO International ASA.

Following this transaction, Petrolia Invest AS holds 1 533 030 shares in DNO.
