DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL PLC
Application for admission of new ordinary shares to trading
The company has today applied for 107,347 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of
the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). These are shares which have been issued
pursuant to the exercise of options by certain employees of the Company under
the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme. Admission of such shares is
expected to occur on Wednesday 14 May 2003. A further 6,134,041 ordinary shares
in the Company remain the subject of options under the Scheme.
