                  DOMINOS PIZZA UK & IRL PLC ('the Company')

         Application for admission of new ordinary shares to trading


The Company has today applied for 66,957 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the company to be admitted to trading on the AIM ('Admission'). These are shares
which have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options by certain employees
of the Company under the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme.
Admission of such shares is expected to occur on 2 November 2006.
