    DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL PLC ANNOUNCES E-FULFILMENT
                    DEAL WITH GAMEPLAY
                             
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('Domino's Pizza') announces  a
marketing   agreement  with  gameplay,  a   leading   games
retailer, which marks a move into e-fulfilment.

In  association  with gameplay, Domino's Pizza,  the  first
pizza delivery brand in the world to offer both online  and
interactive  TV pizza ordering, will maximise its  existing
delivery  infrastructure  and exclusively  deliver  advance
copies   of   the  Electronic  Arts  Euro  2000  game   for
Playstation one night before its consumer launch (Friday  5
May 2000).

Stephen Hemsley, Finance Director of Domino's explained:

'Domino's  has  long  believed that  e-commerce  represents
enormous potential for our business, and we have the scale,
geographic spread and infrastructure to capitalise on these
opportunities  and provide fulfilment.  The agreement  with
gameplay allows us to capitalise on this infrastructure and
underlines  our  dominance  in this  area  by  forging  yet
another strategic alliance with a leading company.'

Consumers  will  be  able  to log onto  gameplay's  website
(www.gameplay.com), use a link to gameplay on the  Domino's
website  (www.dominos.co.uk) or use their Open  interactive
TV  from Thursday 13 April 2000 until Monday 1 May 2000 and
order the game in advance.  On Thursday 4 May 2000 the Euro
2000  game  will be delivered along with a large  Pepperoni
Passion pizza and a bottle of coke for £29.99, the  RRP  of
the game when it is officially launched.

Since  the launch of its online and interactive TV ordering
facilities at the end of 1999, the new sales channels  have
accounted for over 2.5% of Domino's overall sales.
