Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Domino's Pizza Group plc notes the appointment of Helen Keays, an Independent Non-Executive Director, as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Communisis plc. This appointment is effective from 1 August 2014.

The Company also notes that Michael Shallow, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Britvic plc. This change is effective from 1 July 2014.
