Appointment of new Company Secretary


The Company is pleased to announce that Adam Batty has joined Domino's Pizza UK
& IRL plc as Company Secretary with effect from 25 February 2008.

Batty brings with him a wealth of experience, having held a number of legal
positions in both private practice and in-house,  most recently as Director of
Legal and also Director of Risk and Compliance at Mitchells and Butlers Plc
(MAB).

Previously, he worked for Six Continents plc where he held the role of Senior
Corporate Lawyer.

Commenting on the appointment, Batty said:  'It is a fantastic time to be
joining the Company which has just announced record full year results and its
intention to transfer to the Official List.  The Company is the leading player
in a dynamic and fast-growing sector.  I will be working with a highly
experienced team and a well-managed, proven business model and look forward to
being a part of Domino's continued success'

Batty will assume responsibility for the Company Secreterial role previously
undertaken by Lee Ginsberg in his capacity as the Company's Chief Financial
Officer.
