Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc announces that on 31 March 2008 it was informed of
the following transaction in respect of the ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each
in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Stephen Hemsley, Executive Chairman, gifted 240,000 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 199.87 pence each into a family settlement, the beneficiaries of which
include Stephen Hemsley and his direct family. As a result of the above
transaction Stephen Hemsley's interest in Ordinary Shares of the Company remains
unchanged at 7,030,000, representing 4.32 per cent of the Company's current
issued share capital.
