Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('Domino's' or the 'Company') has been notified that
Colin Halpern, the Chairman of Domino's, on 7 August 2007 disposed of 1,000,000
ordinary shares of 1.5625p each held by H S Real Company LLC at a price of 250
pence per share.
H S Real Company LLC is owned by a discretionary trust, the beneficiaries of
which are the adult children of Colin and Gail Halpern. As a result of the above
transaction, Mr. Halpern's interests in the ordinary shares of the Company have
reduced from 19,307,328 ordinary shares to 18,307,328 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 11.07% of the Company's current issued share capital.
