DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company announces that it was today informed of the following transactions by Directors and PDMRs in respect of ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").
As a result of the rapid growth in profitability and earnings per share over the last three years, the performance targets included in the 2007 and 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan awards have been achieved. As a result, following the announcement earlier today of the Company's preliminary results, a total of 2,844,306 shares vested on 15 February 2011, allocated as follows:
