The Company announces that it received notification on 23 March 2011 that the following Director had on 22 March 2011 transferred the below listed ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his own name to his spouse: Name of Director Number of Ordinary Shares transferred to spouse Stephen Hemsley Mrs Sherron Hemsley 970,064 The interests of Stephen Hemsley in the Company's Ordinary Shares remain unchanged as a result of the above transaction.
