Director Shareholding

Dominos Pizza UK and IRL plc (the 'Company') announces that Yoav Gottesman, a
non-executive director of the Company, notified the Company on 29 July 2003 that
he is deemed to be interested in 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company which
are legally owned by H S Real Co. LLC, a discretionary trust, the beneficiaries
of which are the adult children of Colin and Gail Halpern.  This interest arises
through the grant of a security interest over these shares by H S Real Co. LLC
in favour of Mr Gottesman pursuant to a loan agreement for $240,000 entered into
during May 2003.  Following this notification, Mr Gottesman is deemed to be
interested in 650,000 ordinary shares in the company.
