DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL plc ('the Company')
Directors Dealings
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc announces that Gerald Halpern, a non-executive
director of the Company, disposed of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 203
pence on 2 November 2004. Following the sale Gerald Halpern is interested in
50,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company. As indicated previously, Mr Halpern,
aged 71, has also informed the Board of Directors that he will not be standing
for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.
