Appointment of new Non-Executive Directors

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc (the "Company") confirms that Syl Saller and Helen Keays will be appointed as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 20 September 2011.

Syl Saller has over 20 years of extensive marketing and brand experience both in the UK and the United States.  She is currently Global Innovation Director for Diageo plc, having joined the business in 1999.  She previously had senior marketing and general management roles at Holson Burnes Group and Gillette in the United States.

Helen Keays has over 20 years' experience in travel, retail, consumer markets and telecoms.  She is currently a consultant and a non-executive director of Majestic Wine plc.  The majority of her career was spent at GE Capital and Vodafone Group plc, where she held various senior marketing roles.

The Company confirms that there is no further information about Syl Saller or Helen Keays requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
