DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL plc
('Domino's' or 'the Company')
Exercise of Option
The Company was informed on 31 January 2000 that European
Pizza Holdings Limited had on 27 January 2000 exercised
an option to purchase 1,356,893 ordinary shares
('Ordinary Shares') held by International Franchise
Systems, Inc. in which Colin Halpern, Chairman of the
Company, is interested. The option agreement existed
prior to the Company's flotation on the Alternative
Investment Market and the exercise price was 34p per
Ordinary Share. This option has now been exercised in
full.
Following the exercise of this option, Colin Halpern is
interested in 27,649,006 Ordinary Shares, representing
55.30 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
