In response to market demand, HS Real, LLC, have at the
request of Domino's brokers placed 525,000 shares with an
institutional investor on 9 and 10 March 2000 at prices
of 76 pence and 76.25 pence per share.
                            
HS Real, LLC holds shares on behalf of discretionary
trusts the beneficiaries of which are the adult children
of Colin and Gail Halpern. Colin Halpern is Chairman of
the Company.

Following this sale Colin Halpern is interested in
27,124,006 Ordinary Shares, representing 54.25 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.
