                          Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc


Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company' or 'Domino's') was today notified
that FMR Corp and it direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International
Limited ('FIL') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries has increased its
holding by 1,065,000 to 3,444, 337 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, representing 6.48% of the Company's issued share capital.

The interests are non-beneficial and include interests held by unit trust
schemes in the UK and, by virtue of his shareholding in FMR Corp and FIL, Mr
Edwards C. Johnson 3rd.
