                       Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc



Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company' or Domino's ') was today notified
that FMR Corp and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity
International Limited ('FIL') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries has
increased its holding to 5,397,156 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, representing 10.0% of the Company's issued share capital.



The interests are non-beneficial and include interests held by the unit trust
schemes in the UK and, by virtue of this shareholding in FMR Corp and FIL, Mr
Edward C. Johnson 3rd.
