Holdings in Company



The Company was notified on the 5 December 2005 that, as at 2 December 2005, FMR
Corp and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International ('FIL')
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries had an interest in 2,398,619 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 4.37% of the
Company's issued share capital.



The Company was further notified that as at 5 December 2005, FMR Corp and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries and FIL and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries had an interest in 1,875,619 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, representing approximately 3.42% of the Company's issued share capital.



The interests are non-beneficial and include interests held on behalf of
authorised unit trust schemes in the UK and the interest of Mr. Edward C.
Johnson 3rd, a principal shareholder of FMR Corp and FIL.
