Holdings in Company

The Company was notified today that FMR Corp and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries and Fidelity International ('FIL') and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company.

The interests are non-beneficial and include interests held on behalf of
authorised unit trust schemes in the UK and the interest of Mr. Edward C.
Johnson 3rd, a principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and FIL.
