Notice Of Extraordinary General Meeting To Approve The Creation Of An Employee
Benefit Trust And New Incentive Schemes
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc (the 'Company') has today posted a circular to all
shareholders convening an extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') at 3 pm on 4
September 2003 for the purpose of seeking approval from shareholders for the
creation of an Employee Benefit Trust and two new Incentive Schemes. The EGM
will be held at Domino's House, Lasborough Road, Kingston, Milton Keynes, MK10
0AB.
The purpose of the Employee Benefit Trust and the new Incentive Schemes is to
enable the Company to recruit, retain and incentivise key employees and to do so
while reducing potential tax and National Insurance liabilities for the Company
and such employees.
Further details on the Employee Benefit Trust and the new Incentive Schemes are
set out in the circular sent to all shareholders.
