Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('Domino's' or 'the Company'), the leading pizza delivery company in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, today announces an Interim Management Statement in conjunction with its Annual General Meeting which is to be held at 1.00pm today, 23 April 2009. The Company has continued to see good momentum in the business. Chris Moore, Chief Executive commented:

'Our underlying trading during the period continued to show good growth, especially as the comparable period last year included the Easter bank holiday and March 2008 was the wettest March since 1981. During the first six weeks of this year, the snow had a positive impact on tradingleading to stronger than expected sales for that periodWe have tough comparatives to beat in the coming months, but are confident that we are well-placed to face the challenge.

'We are pleased with our current performance and trading continues to progress in line with expectations'.
