                              Dividend Declaration


Further to the Preliminary Results announcement dated 28 February the dividend
arrangement will be as follows. Subject to shareholders' approval the final
dividend will be payable on 29 April 2005 to shareholders on the register on 15
April 2005 (previously stated as 12 April 2005).
