Director/PDMR Dealings

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ("the Company") today announces that on 2 April 2012 it was informed of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

Upon a recommendation from the Remuneration Committee, the Company awarded to the following individuals options to acquire Shares in the Company under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2012 (which was approved at the 2012 AGM) at an exercise price per Share of 431.6 pence:

The awards were made on 2 April 2012. These options may be exercised subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions, between 2 April 2015 and 2 April 2022. 

In addition, further to the announcement made by the Company on 9 August 2011 regarding the option awarded to Lance Batchelor on becoming Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the Company confirms that on 2 April 2012 a second option award was made to Lance Batchelor as a result of his accession to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Lance Batchelor was awarded an option to acquire 1,000,000 Shares at an exercise price of 398 pence per Share, being the market value of a Share on 26 December 2011, the date of his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Full details of the first and second award were set out in the Company's Report on Directors' remuneration contained in the Annual Report and Accounts 2010, published in March 2011.

The option may be exercised (subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions) between 2 April 2017 and 2 April 2022.
