                          Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc
      Pizza Delivery Leader Announces Sales Increase And Expansion Success


Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company' or 'Domino's') announces
like-for-like sales increases of 4.7% for the five weeks to 28 December 2003
(2002: 6.3%).

Average weekly unit sales for the Company's stores hit an all-time record in the
penultimate week of the financial year.

The Company also announces that its target to open 50 new stores in a single
year was achieved in 2003, bringing the year-end store count to 318. This record
rate of expansion compares with 34 store openings in 2002 and 24 in 2001.

Preliminary results for the year ended 28 December 2003 will be announced in
February 2004.

Stephen Hemsley, Chief Executive of Domino's Pizza, commented, 'I am delighted
that we achieved our target of opening 50 stores in the year. Successfully
handling this roll-out is further evidence of the strength and experience of our
corporate and franchise teams. The continuation of this aggressive roll-out
allows us to leverage further our now relatively fixed cost base.

Sales performance was good in the run up to Christmas and we are particularly
pleased that a weekly sales record was achieved during the period.

It continues to be an exciting time in the pizza delivery world and our focus
now is on strengthening  Domino's leading position by providing more customers
in more towns with high quality, fresh pizza and a great delivery service.'
