Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc announces that the Company purchased 250,000 of its
ordinary shares on the 3 September 2004, through Numis Securities Limited, at a
price of 200p per share. This brings the total shares purchased by the Company
this year to 450,000 shares. These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the
number of shares in issue to 53,621,561.
