                    Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme


Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc announces that the Company purchased 200,000 of its
ordinary shares on the 13th September 2004, through Numis Securities at a price
of 200p per share.  This brings the total of shares purchased by the Company
this year to 650,000 shares.  These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the
number of shares in issue to 53,659,094
