Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme
The Company announces that it purchased 400,000 of its ordinary shares of 1.5625
pence each on 1 October 2007, through Numis Securities Limited at a price of 226
pence per share. These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the number of
shares in issue to 163,476,238.
Following the cancellation of such shares, the Company's issued share capital
consists of 163,476,238 ordinary shares all with voting rights.
