                    Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme


The Company announces that it purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares of 1.5625
pence each on 29 August 2007, through Altium Securities Limited at a price of
2.4650 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the
number of shares in issue to 164,375,238.

Following the cancellation of such shares, the Company's issued share capital
consists of 164,375,238 ordinary shares all with voting rights.
