Director's Dealings

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, was notified on 31 October that on 30 October 2013, certain Directors of the Company as detailed below reduced their holdings in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy strong demand from institutional investors:

* Frank Nominees Limited act as the nominees for the Alliance Trust Pensions Limited, which is the trustees of a SIPP established by Peter Simmonds. Frank Nominees is the vehicle used by Kleinwort Benson Limited. The beneficiary of the SIPP is Peter Simmonds. Following the disposal of shares from the SIPP, Peter's combined holding is 12,073,841 which represents 4.35% of the issued share capital. Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive, Commented:
