Notification of Major Interest - Investec

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive software as a service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that the Company has today been notified by Investec Asset Management Ltd ("Investec") that it has taken a significant shareholding of 22,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing  a 7.99% shareholding in the Company.  This follows on from today's earlier announcement by the Company that directors had sold 12m shares to partially satisfy significant demand for 22m shares from a major institution.

Commenting on the announcement , Frank Beechinor, Chairman said:

"We are delighted to have such a highly regarded and blue chip institution in Investec as a new and significant shareholder in dotDigital. One of the Board's priorities is to maintain and strengthen our blue chip shareholder base which we believe will underpin dotDigital's value in the long term.
