dotDigital Group plc (the "Company")

Exercise of Options

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), announces that it has issued and allotted 200,000 shares of .05p each pursuant to the exercise of options under the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme.

An application for admission of the new shares to trading on AIM has been submitted and trading is expected to commence on 25 June 2012.

The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of options is 275,362,065.
