RECLASSIFICATION OF FTSE INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION BENCHMARK (ICB)

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals,   announces that following a successful application to the London Stock Exchange, the Company has been reclassified as Software and computer services; sub sector Internet.

The reclassification reflects the changes to the business strategy over the past years taking the proportion of Software as a Service ('SaaS') revenue via the dotMailer marketing platform to 66% of the Company's total revenue.

Peter Simmonds CEO of dotDigital Group said:

"I am delighted that our official classification now reflects the reality that we are a fast growing 'SaaS' business, providing Marketing automation solutions to Marketing professionals. Whilst our services revenue continues to be an important part of the overall solution we provide to clients it now only represents one third of our revenues and we strongly believe that this trend towards a SaaS model is an integral part of dotDigital's business strategy going forward, particularly when positioning us on an international services platform."
