dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of search marketing services, digital strategy advice, intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces the resignation of Nicholas Nelson from the Board.

Nicholas joined dotDigital as a Non Executive Director three years ago when the Company listed on PLUS. Nicholas has been instrumental in working with the executive directors and the Company's advisers in developing the investor case so as to address liquidity in the Company's shares and attract institutional investors. The Company benefitted from Nicholas's experience in its admission to AIM in March 2011 and now has a broad institutional investor following. Having achieved these objectives Nicholas now wishes to turn his attention towards his full time role as a Director with Hansard Communications Ltd.

Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive of dotDigital, commented:
