The Company announces that on 3 May 2024 it bought back 204,752 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 31.41 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 46,081,088 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in issue.  There are no shares held in Treasury, therefore the total voting rights and the number for reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules is 46,081,088 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
