Consideration of additional listing venue

DP Eurasia (DPEU.L), the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, today announces that the Board is considering an additional listing on a major stock exchange to complement its current listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "London Listing").

The Board constantly monitors trading and liquidity in the shares and seeks ways to optimise price discovery to ensure the growth potential of the business is recognised in the valuation. The Board considers there to be an opportunity to attract new investors to the story, most notably in one of its core commercial markets, Turkey. As a result, the Board has decided to undertake a review to consider a dual listing of the Company on the Borsa Istanbul or a subsidiary IPO of its Turkish business on the Borsa Istanbul.

The Board believes such an additional listing could generate further interest from new investors in the Company, build momentum and drive a re-rating in the shares as well as boost liquidity in the trading of the shares.

The Board reserves the right to alter any aspect of the review and will make further announcements as appropriate. The Board would like to reiterate that that any new listing will be complementary to the London Listing, which the Board views as its principal market.

This announcement contains inside information as defined under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014.
