Directorate Update
DP Eurasia (DPEU.L), the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, announces that Izzet Talu, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned as a member of the Board.
Mr. Talu was appointed a Non-Executive Director of DP Eurasia in June 2017 in conjunction with the Relationship Agreement between the Company and Fides Food Systems Coöperatief U.A. Mr Talu's replacement on DP Eurasia's Board will be announced once the appointee is finalised.
Commenting on the directorate update, Chairman, Peter Williams said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Izzet for all his positive contributions to the board discussions over the last three years and wish him well for the future."
