Intended Appointment of a New Independent Non-Executive Director
DP Eurasia (DPEU.L), the master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, is pleased to announce the intended appointment of Mr. Burak Ertaş to the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director at the Company's 2022 AGM.
Burak is a growth-minded and technology-driven consumer business leader who, in his career, has had high exposure to technology and product development within consumer businesses. Having started his own software development company, he assumed roles acting for technology companies such as Telenity, Telsoft and Turkcell. He has been the CEO of sahibinden.com since 2010. Sahibinden is the largest online classifieds and marketplace platform in Turkey with more than 55 million monthly active users.
Burak will join the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He will be nominated for appointment at the AGM in June 2022.
