As announced on 18 January 2024, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

1.            Shyam S. Bhartia

2.            Hari S. Bhartia

has acquired 413,352 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from market purchases on 16 and 17 January 2024 aggregating to 80,626,216 ordinary shares in total (which is equal to 55% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
