PDMR and PCA Notification

DP Eurasia N.V.

(DP Eurasia or the Company)

The Company announces that Aslan Saranga, the Chief Executive Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company accepted the offer made on the entire issued and outstanding ordinary share capital of DP Eurasia N.V. by Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. in respect of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for GBP 1.10 per Ordinary Share on 31 January 2024. Following the above transaction, the number of Ordinary Shares held by Mr. Saranga is 7,652.522 (which is equal to 5,22% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
