As announced on 1 November 2021, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

1.  Shyam S. Bhartia

2.  Hari S. Bhartia

3.  Pratik R. Pota,

has acquired 10,146,964 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as part of a reverse bookbuild as announced on 30 September 2021 with the results announcement made on 1 November 2021.

10,146,964 ordinary shares at 95 pence (in Sterling) per share giving Jubilant and its group undertakings 57,844,846 ordinary shares in total, as set out below.
