As announced on 2 May 2022, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

3.  Pratik R. Pota

has acquired 280,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a market purchase on 29 April 2022 aggregating to 61,401,676 ordinary shares in total (which is equal to 42.24% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
