As announced on 7 February 2024, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

1.            Shyam S. Bhartia

2.            Hari S. Bhartia

has acquired 23,571 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a market purchase on 6 February 2024 and 178,555 by means of the execution of a private deed of sale, purchase and transfer of ordinary shares on 2 February 2024 aggregating to 137,549,814 Ordinary Shares in total (which is equal to 93,83% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
