As announced on 12 February 2024, Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a PCA of the following PDMRs:

1.            Shyam S. Bhartia

2.            Hari S. Bhartia

has acquired 47,345 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from market purchases on 9 February 2024 aggregating to 137,606,156 Ordinary Shares in total (which is equal to 93,87% of the Company's outstanding issued share capital).
