("DP Eurasia" or the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the " Group ")
Further to the announcement by the Company on 1 October 2021 noting the announcement on 30 September 2021 by Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. ("Jubilant"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jubilant Foodworks Limited, that Jubilant intends to purchase up to 24,973,787 ordinary shares of DP Eurasia at a price of 95 pence per share ("Offer Price") via a reverse bookbuild ("RBB"), the Board of DP Eurasia has appointed Liberum Capital Limited as financial adviser to assist the Company in appraising the terms of the RBB, both as to value and the implications for all shareholders.

The Company was admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc on 3 July 2017.
