Change of financial year end

The  Board  of  Digital  Payments plc ("Digital Payments" or the "Company"), the GXG Main  Quote  investing
company  focusing on investment and acquisition opportunities in payment transaction and message processing
services,  announces  that it has changed its financial year end to 31 December, in order  to  have  a  co-
terminus year end with its US subsidiary, Muscato Group Inc.

As  a  result  the next results to be published will the audited results for the period ended  31  December
2014, which will be announced on or before 31 May 2015.

The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
