LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Jan. 5, 2015) - The Board of Digital Payments PLC (GXG:DPP) wish to announce
that with effect from 31 December 2014, Mr David Carr resigned as a director and employee of the Company. The Board
wishes David all future success and we are sorry to see him leave.
The Board also wish to announce that a replacement for David Carr has been identified and we will make a further
announcement shortly in this respect.
The Directors of the Issuer accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
