The Company confirms that on 30 May 2012 it granted share awards to the non-executive Directors under the DP Poland plc Share Incentive Plan as follows:

Rob Morrish                            37,500 shares

Nick Donaldson                       37,500 shares

The nil cost awards will vest after a two year period and will be satisfied by shares already held in the Employee Benefit Trust.
